The Bible challenges us to watch ourselves carefully.
Leviticus 26:1 states, “You shall not make idols for yourselves or erect an image or pillar, and you shall not set up a figured stone in your land to bow down to it, for I am the Lord your God.”
Do you know what the idols are in your life? Do you know what is keeping you from single-hearted devotion to the Lord?
Give Me An Answer 2010 will challenge students to search deep within their hearts and call out their idols. The Give Me An Answer speakers will teach students to put on armor strong enough to battle the temptations of their world and create within them a Christian worldview of devotion to the Lord and a desire for a pure heart. Dynamic worship and biblical preaching from Boyce College and Southern Seminary professors will inspire students to put to death idols in their lives and pursue the Lord with single-hearted devotion.
Cost: $45.00 per person--this cost includes meals and lodging all money due Febuary 28th.--do not pre-register online
Bring additional money for Saturday evening for dinner and activity (TBA)
We will leave the church Friday March 19th at 10:00am and will return on Sunday March 21st around 7:00pm.
